We do not collect personally identifiable information from individuals unless they provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly at . If you are just browsing and learning about our products, we invite you to do so. As a casual, unregistered visitor to our site, we'll recognize your home server (e.g., that your web access is through, but not your e-mail address or any other personal or system information.

We do sell all of our canvases through the mail, so if you want to order our products it will be necessary for you to provide personally-identifiable information. This will include your name, address, phone number and, if you place an order online, credit card information. Any information you provide is downloaded off of the web server to a secure system and is maintained there.


Our Customer List

When you purchase items from our online catalog, your name will be added to our Customer List. We will not share your email address with any third parties at any time. If you prefer not to receive mailings from us, please advise us by phone or e-mail.  Please include your e-mail address if you are contacting us by mail. We will ensure that your name is removed from the list.


Contacts From Us

We also maintain a number of e-mail mailboxes in an effort to support our online customers as effectively as we do on the phone or through the mail. We read every e-mail that we receive and do our best to respond within 48 hours if a response is required. We save a very limited number of e-mail messages, but only until the issue is resolved. We do not record email addresses unless you have voluntarily provided it to us in your online customer service registration.

Like most companies, we use "cookies" (small pieces of information stored on your computer) on certain parts of our website. The cookie allows us to manage your session. This is necessary to ensure that we keep your order together while you browse through the catalog and select items for purchase. We do not use the cookie to collect any type of personal information, and the cookie doesn't extract any information from your computer.


Security Online

Most of our forms, especially when ordering a product or using online customer service, use secure pages to ensure that the information sent between your computer and our system is secure. This is especially true if we are asking you for payment information.

We use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption method on all secure submissions. This method is generally accepted to ensure that the transmission of personal information, such as account numbers and credit card information is secure. The most common browsers, Internet Explorer and Firefox, make it very obvious when information is being passed in a secure manner by showing either a completed key or a closed lock on the screen.


Purchaser Terms

All artwork found on Brush Strokes Online gallery is original and sold at the listed price, any discounts or promotions are applied at check out. Items will be shipped within 72 hours of purchase with the exception of prints which may take 9 to 12 days, you will receive an invoice with the name and tracking number of your courier. You will be contacted by through email to verify the tracking number and delivery. If you find the artist is selling the same work that you are interested in at a different gallery for a lower price our listed price may be negotiable. Price negotiation will be based on the regular list price; promos and discounts may not be applied. Contact us via email with the name of artists, the title of the art piece, gallery selling artwork and price. We will verify the gallery and price with the artist. You will be contacted in 24 hours with a decision on the price negotiation. All pricing includes shipping and handling with the exception of prints, and some artists see shipping information on product pages, a tax may apply where applicable. All purchases are shipped from artist to Buyer direct, is not responsible for shipping from either party.  All original pieces will be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity signed and dated by the original artist.  We accept secure payment in the following forms; PayPal, PayPal Credit, Visa, Master card and American Express. Learn about financing through Paypal at checkout. Any other form of payment i.e. (check) will require verification and payment must clear before artwork can be shipped. This may delay shipping time by 7 to 10 days. Buyers will be allowed a 3 week grace period to view artwork. Brush Strokes Online Gallery will accept all other returns that meet the return policy criteria.

Return Policy

Sells of artwork valued at $5,000.00 or greater shall be considered all sales final and are not refundable

with the exception of damaged merchandise.


 Buyers that wish to return an item after the grace period of 3 weeks must email and provide the reason for the return request. If the item is damaged clear pictures of damaged item and packaging must be provided. Buyers must return artwork using original packaging provided by the artist if the packaging is undamaged. Otherwise, all Buyers shall be responsible for obtaining proper packaging and the cost of shipping and handling of all returns. Buyers shall have 3 days from the time of return request to return any item/items that have been approved for return. Note: Prints will be refunded minus shipping. 


To return an item it must meet the following.

  • Must be undamaged.

  • In the original state ( no added hanger, or modifications to the frame, canvas, paper or platform).

  • Original packaging unless damaged.

  • Certification returned.


Upon receipt of approved return merchandise, a refund will be issued to Buyer through the original form of payment.  Any item returned damaged in transit because of improper packaging by Buyer will not receive a refund.

On behalf of our artist we would like to thank you for your purchase and for supporting the arts; more especially we would like to thank you for supporting our aspiring artists. It is very hard for an artist to make a name for themselves without exposure, with your purchase you help to give the artist just a little more. What gives art its value isn’t just the fact that it’s a great piece but the fact that it gets talked about a lot; imagine this, what if no one ever talked about the Mona Lisa or any of Leonardo da Vinci’s work. Would he be famous? Would his artwork have such great value? The answer is no, so make sure you talk up the piece that you’ve purchased. Just letting people know how great the piece is and how much you like the artist style will give it greater value. Think of it as an investment and you’ve just purchase shares cheap before they go public and become triple the value. You never know a piece that you’ve purchased for a few hundred dollars from an artist that no one has heard of could end up being worth a whole lot more down the road once that artist is known.
